iPhone can't connect with server

I can call and text but when I try to open a website it eventually says "Safari couldn't open page because the server stopped responding. I opened the APP Store app and it say's couldn't connect. I see there are 2-4 bars of service showing when trying to open a page.

I have iPhone SE 2020. iOS 17.7

iOS 18.2 update causing server connection issues Every single website keeps telling me they’re having problems with their servers and cannot connect with me right now ever since my new update. It sounds like you do not have an internet connection. Are you on wi-fi or cellular? You mention bars, so I'm thinking cellular. Try a Force Restart on your iPhone and check. Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
