My colleague can't access SharePoint on iPhone and iPad Pro while it works on Windows

A colleague of mine has an iphone and ipad pro in ios 18.5.

She can’t access a sharepoint site in her device (safari, ms edge, chrome).

site is loading fine in her windows laptop.

She can access other sites from the internet using the iphone/ipad.

I can access the same sharepoint site without issue from my iphone and ipad mini 6, both in ios 18.5.

We tried reset to factory default but issue persists. What else could we be missing?
