Do I need a DisplayLink dock for dual monitors with a Mac?

Do i really need the "Displaylink" certified docking station for my macbook? Buying Displaylink Docking station is quite pricey and hard to find, and i dont really have the budget to buy that kind of dock. Ive been looking some docking stations that has 2-3 HDMI out, and what ive found is this UGREEN Revodok Pro 2102 10/1 and with 12/1. will it still work without displaylink certifications and download the drivers from the displaylink website itself?

monitor specs are

FHD (1080p) - both

144hertz and 240 hertz (i wont be maximizing them since i just use them for work)

how many displays you can connect to your macbook depend on the model really

never used Displaylink, but with most computers you can connect several displays without the need to purchase other hardware devices then the cable themselves

this is an example

MacBook Pro - Tech Specs - Apple

under

Display Support

M4 and M4 Pro

  • Simultaneously supports full native resolution on the built-in display at 1 billion colors and:
  • Up to two external displays with up to 6K resolution at 60Hz over Thunderbolt, or one external display with up to 6K resolution at 60Hz over Thunderbolt and one external display with up to 4K resolution at 144Hz over HDMI
  • One external display supported at 8K resolution at 60Hz or one external display at 4K resolution at 240Hz over HDMI

you don't even need a dock at all to connect several external monitors

and from the link you provided

Video Support

Simultaneously supports full native resolution on the built-in display at millions of colors and:

  • One external 6K display with 6016-by-3384 resolution at 60Hz at over a billion colors, or
  • One external 5K display with 5120-by-2880 resolution at 60Hz at over a billion colors, or
  • Up to two external 4K displays with 4096-by-2304 resolution at 60Hz at millions of colors

Thunderbolt 3 digital video output

  • Native DisplayPort output over USB‑C
  • VGA, HDMI, DVI, and Thunderbolt 2 output supported using adapters (sold separately)

all you need is to connect a display to the thunderbolt and display ports,

and if the monitors you wish to connect do not have a thunderbolt på then you get an adapter

from thunderbotl/displayport to whatever port the monitors do have,

I've used both old subD analogue, and dvi and hdmi and... connected monitors

Sure you can use a dock, they are pretty much just hubs with built-in adaptors

before you spend a lot of money though be sure that the dock support more than 1 monitor connection not all of them do even if they have connectors for several monitor conneting types.

So my MacBook specs are MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2020, Four Thunderbolt 3 ports)

it doesnt say how many external display are supported on My MacBook Pro, but when I searched it to google it says 2 - 4k 1 - 6k and 1 - 5k. So does the UGREEN Revodok dock can make it possible for 2 FHD external displays for my macbook? Im really sorry if im asking too many questions but i really have no idea on this stuff.

I really hate wires, and I have a desktop computer and I wanna switch time to time by just plugging in 1 port to the Laptop and then just change the display input to my monitors, keyboard and mouse (both have bluetooth) in just a simple way. So what I am trying to Achieve is minimal wires, less hassle and ready to go if im in a rush. I can go with that setup but I that needs to be permanent, like daily use. I only use my laptop when I need to edit videos/photos. I hate transfering files to my desktop lol. So is it possible tho? To use the dock for it?
