I could just be randomly watching something on my iphone 1 and my beats would just disconnect, I have the beats solo 4 and they are fully charged and i’m not even far from my device and it would just randomly disconnect.

if it was me then I would make the phone forget the bluetooth headset
and then put the headset into pairing / discovery mode once more and pair and see if it helped
also restarting the iphone could be a step to take Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
You could try forgeting and then reconnecting the device. THis has helped me with simular issues in the past.
If that doesn't work you could try resetting your iphone.
