Corrupted voice memo on iPhone 14 after changing description

I recorded a voice memo on my iphone14 went to change the description on it after listening to it. So I would be able to find it later and now it won’t play. Couldn’t transcribe the audio, doesn’t appear to even have audio either, like it disappeared.. don’t know if the file became corrupted but how do I fix it if it is? Or where can I take it to to fix it? I’ve restarted it phone. And if I do a back up the memo was from before the last back up not sure what to do please help a girl.
