403 Forbidden when accessing https://developer.apple.com/account/

For some reason, whenever I click Account on developer.apple.com, or if I try to directly access https://developer.apple.com/account/, I get a 403 Forbidden error. I don't even have a chance at logging in/ou or anything.

I can login normally to https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/ or any other Apple sites I can think of. My subscription is active and working, I can run XCode just fine, but I need to fix some expired profiles and this is a blocker.

Any ideas on how to fix this?
