Requesting a refund for an accidental in-app purchase on iPhone

Good day. I have a big problem with returning the app my child paid for! They refuse to return it! There was no request for face id or password! The child did it by accident! The app was deleted and no one used it! It was the last money on the card! I don't know how to beg you to give me my money back! Why should I feed my child! I beg you!

You can easily ask Apple for a refund through their "Report a Problem" website. Just sign in, pick "Request a refund," explain what happened, and submit it. They evaluate the eligibility as per the refund policy of Apple.

Apple does consider refunds based on their terms. If they say their decision is final, there's usually nothing more you can do directly with them. You could try disputing the charge with your payment provider. Just be aware, sometimes disputing a charge can lead to your Apple account being temporarily disabled for security reasons, which helps block unauthorized activity.
