Call forwarding spinning wheel issue on iPhone 14 Pro Max with T-Mobile carrier

I’ve tried for 2 days to correct the issue of the spinning wheel thingy on call forwarding. I have a iPhone 14 Pro Max and T-mobile is my carrier. I did change some settings to accept one of the T-Mobile perks. I’ve tried everything that people have suggested even from YouTube videos. Will I have to contact my carrier. I did reset my network settings and tried switching back-and-forth between the airplane mode. I have restarted my phone numerous times. Can anyone help?

Note that you must currently have a cellular connection to set up Call Forwarding. It is a feature provided by your cell provider and it is not actually your phone that is receiving the call and forwarding it to another number, so it may be best to contact T-Mobile. Unfortunately I have T-Mobile as well and getting knowledgeable support is not always easy, but you may I better luck than what I have. The usual line I get is that everything is fine on their end, so it must be someone else's problem. Not always helpful. Let us know how it goes.

Call forwarding is a carrier provided feature, so you'll need to contact them for help.
