Unable to make calls using Yolla app as it is asking to add it to local network on iPhone
Hi beauties,
I have some weird situation going on with my Yolla app (international calls) and my local network thing.
I’m a bit confused when exactly and why did it happen - iOS or an app update, but after this (I assume) Yolla app disappeared from my local network thing. What I mean is that when I’m opening the app to make any calls it doesn’t allow me doing so and asking to add it to the local network. When I’m pressing SETTING button (the one it shows on pop out window option: cancel / setting) it goes straight to the app setting, but not to PRIVACY — LOCAL NETWORK. So the thing is it’s not giving me an option to add it (by pressing allow button - like it usually does with other apps) nor iPhone has such option as adding an app manually to the local network. Or it might be something I’m not aware of.
I have already contacted the Yolla support - no luck, also I was switching the phone off and on, reset privacy settings, deleted the app and downloaded it back again, used another number for calls - it still asks to add it to the local network without giving me such option.
I’m begging for help please, as I my job is based mainly on international calls and I’m already off for 2 weeks.
Thanks a million,
Rosti
