Apple will not allow me to download apps, and continues to pester my card for 6.30$

recently, maybe a few days ago, I was trying to get some Robux from Roblox with the rest of my money that I had. The payment went through, until all the sudden it continued to tell me to update my payment method. Repeatedly.

me, actually, I blamed Roblox for the issue about it. I went out got customer service from them seeing if they could possibly know what in the world was going on.. but to be honest they were scratching there head right along with me. It took me a long time before I didn’t think too much of it. I took it as a sign that I just probably couldn’t get anymore Robux, but then the problem spread.

my phone was working normally, I could download things, and use it how I wanted too. I know that I could download things because recently I just downloaded an app.

all the sudden today, when I tried to download an app I desperately needed, it continued to tell me that verification was needed.

Not only that, bugged my card with the same fee from last time.

My card is perfectly fine, it has money on it, I’ve used it as a payment method for a very very long time.

I’ve tried updating it, actually I updated it multiple times. I even tried to remove the card and place it back on there again. But it continues to pop up over and over again.. regardless if I updated it or not.

when I went to go check if it even added the card, it says this.

I have no idea how to fix this. And what does it mean to have a “(failed)” card.

and I also have absolutely no idea why I need to pay apple 6.30$ for any reason, any subscriptions I’ve had were cancelled, and I haven’t paid for anything/brought any application that costs that amount of money.

please send help
