Cannot find display zoom settings on my iPad (A16)

So I’m trying to get my iPad A16’s display to zoom out so I can see everything. I can’t find it at all. I type it into the search in settings and nothing.

Does the iPad a16 have a display zoom setting in the Display & Brightness settings? Whenever I search about this issue online, the most common results states that my iPad should support this option but I don’t see it for whatever reason.

iPad mini pages not using full display after iOS 26 update since a recent iOS 26 update, on my wife’s iPad mini, some pages do not use the whole display screen but sit in the centre of the display with wide borders around. Can anyone supply an explanation and, hopefully, a solution. I’ve tried going into settings but cannot spot anything different to my iPad settings, using the same version.

Settings > Display & Brightness > Display Zoom - select from the available options, which vary by iPad model.
