If your Apple Watch and iPhone are showing different phone numbers, it likely means that the Apple Watch is still paired with a different iPhone. This can happen if the Watch was previously set up with another device, or if a reset or backup restore wasn’t completed properly.

If both the iPhone and the Apple Watch belong to you, the easiest solution is to unpair the Apple Watch from the old iPhone (if accessible) and re-pair it with your current iPhone. This ensures that your Watch shares the correct phone number, syncs your data properly, and functions as expected—including making and receiving calls, texts, and notifications linked to your iPhone.

If you no longer have access to the old iPhone, you may need to erase the Apple Watch and set it up as new with your current device.
