My iPhone would charge but won't turn on

Why does my phone charge but when it is charging the screen is still black and it has a white strip line like a glitch, but won’t power on?

My iPhone won't turn on I tried to charge my phone & it wouldn't show that it is charging. I used multiple chargers, box pieces, and outlets but it still won't charge. The next day when I tried to turn it on it wouldn't turn on. It just stayed as a black screen. It didn't show the battry sign or anything just a complete black screen.
