WhatsApp notifications are not working on my iPhone 13 Pro despite correct settings

Using 13pro, both iOS and WhatsApp are up to date.

It’s been 3 days I am not receiving any notifications for WhatsApp.

I tired to reset my network settings, did a force restart, checked my notifications settings for both, the App and the phone. Still the issue exists.

People messaging me on WhatsApp are saying that they can only see a single tick and it changes to double tick when I open WhatsApp.

I tired the Help option on WhatsApp and it says there might be an issue with the Apple Push Notification Service and I will need to contact Apple service. I have no clue how to do that.

any fellow 13 pro users or anyone with different device facing similar issues kindly help suggest some solution. Thank you !
