That depends on your carrier.


Check Settings > Apps>Phone > Show My Caller ID. If you have that option, use it to turn the caller ID off.


If you don't have that option (i.e. your carrier is Verizon), you'll need to dial a code prior to the call. For Verizon, see here:

Other carriers are probably similar.
