How can I fix connectivity and streaming problems on my Apple devices?

I am a 15 years user of Apple devices. However, Last two months were much worse than usual. Network connectivity issues are everywhere. iMac M4, iPad Pro 12.9, iPhone Pro 16. I thought that was a provider issue. And even spent countless hours troubleshooting to make sure this is not a Fios issue. Connections just stalls. For example, page in desktop Safari won't load unless you refresh it. Streaming services for music heavily skip or stall completely after seconds/minutes of playing. What was more interesting, and come as observation from my wife, and I confirmed on my phone as well. Allstate Drivewise breaks trips for 4-5 parts, like every few minutes. This was not happening before! Finally, after hours with Tidal and Qobuz support, and considering idea which come from my friend audiophile - I installed Qobuz on my spare Android phone, and vuala, Qobuz streaming with zero stops or skips! Same Wifi network. 24/192k songs! This should be addressed. I have seen other thread which were already closed with providing zero help instructions. I am on 1 Gbit Fios. Same behavior on T-Mobile. So, it is not a network issue. I reinstalled iPad as a new and issue persists. Was able to play exactly 0 seconds on Qobuz after first start of app. Killed and restarted it and played 20 seconds before stalling again. Not good. Please resolve.

Perhaps a long shot:

Do you have a 3rd party VPN installed, even if you are not using it? If so, delete the VPN profile in Settings/General/VPN & Device Management/VPN, then restart your device. Don't just turn it off; delete the profile. If that fixes it, you can try reinstalling VPN, but probably shouldn't.

No, I do not use VPN. As I wrote, same Wifi, zero issues using Android and streaming.

Recent discovery with Apple - Facebook videos stops sporadically.

I am so tired. mentioned that at the beginning of May, when Tidal was stopping. Then they released new version and it adjusted. Now Qobuz is playing with no issues on Android and stops on iPad and iPhone.

I tried to change DNS to Google and it did not help either.
