My Beats pill keeps disconnecting during teams calls

Hey guys,

I use my beats pill (not sure on model b was gifted it in 2017) for sound on my work laptop. Whenever I use it to stream videos or music from the laptop it works perfectly but recently when using it for TEAMS calls the pill will switch off every 5/10 mins. Not disconnect, but switch off. I am assuming it is going in to shut down as a battery saver but it is plugged in to charge at all times. I use bluetooth to connect to the laptop and I cannot seem to figure out why the pill thinks it should shut down during teams calls, when it is being used, but doesnt shut down for any other reason.

I am not sure what information might be useful to help the community but if anyone has had this and found a solution please do let me know
