Deleted Swimming app of my Apple Watch series 8 how do I get it?

non of the apple watches I've ever had came with a dedicated swim app

in the normal workout app (it's icon is a person running with a green background) there are several swimming workouts though

if you installed some third party swimming app then you can check if it shows up in the watch app on your iphone

or search the app store on the watch.

Did you scroll down the list of workout types till the end and tap on "Add Workout"?

Then choose "Pool Swim", which is filed under the Letter "S"

Open the AppStore on your watch and search for "Workout"

You will have to scroll down quite a bit until you find the Apple Watch Workout app.

Since I have already installed it on my watch, the only option is to open the app.

If the app is not installed, you will have to tap on the download icon to get it.

if it was me then I would likely delete the workout app and download it again
