What exactly do you mean? What do you need Apple to do to your Mac exactly?


Apple "refurbishes" devices people send in for repair or replacement that had issues and were replaced with a different unit, and then sells them on the refurbished section of their online Apple Store once they've been fixed and made to look and work like a new one.


They don't refurbish devices as such for customers. They would either repair or replace it on devices and computers that are covered by warranty or Apple Care+ or on which a service fee has been paid for the repair.


If you mean can they repair it or upgrade it, they won't do anything like that to such an old model anymore either. It's classified as obsolete.
