I just purchased a 14" MacBook Pro M4 Pro (arrived yesterday) and would like to exchange for the 16" if the option is still available to me.
Is this possible? I purchased from the official certified refurbished Apple website.

when you shop at the Apple Certified Refurbished Store, all terms and conditions are the same EXCEPT:
if you wish to take advantage of the 14-days full-value exchange/return, you CAN NOT exchange for NEW at an Apple bricks and mortar store.
You need to contact the Refurbished Store, and make arrangements to return the unit to where it came from, typically one of several regional depots.
Be sure to contact them as soon as possible.
