Can I Get Warranty Repair in a Different City/Country Than Where I Bought My MacBook?

I bought MacBook M4 pro and I investigated some defect and can I ask to exchange it in another country exactly in London?

Macbook was bought in Dubai in official store

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 15.5

No. Refer to the AppleCare agreement applicable to the country in which you purchased your Mac. Example excerpt:

"Apple may restrict hardware service and ADH coverage to the country where the Covered Device was originally purchased."

You have only 14 days from receipt for a full-value return/exchange, and that is limited to items in the SAME country as purchase, and only for items purchased DIRECT from Apple, not from a Reseller of any description.

All others will be treated as a Repair. These can generally be repaired under warranty by any Apple-owned store world-wide. (Provided the defect is a warranty-covered item -- otherwise you will be responsible for the cost of repair.)

Repair Coverage by Apple Authorized Resellers is MUCH more variable. Often, timely parts availability for Resellers is a Big Issue. If your repair involves a specific keyboard-containing assembly such as a battery replacement, that may not be available in another country.

EDIT: I now see both opinions posted.

You would do well to inquire at the service location you are considering for a definitive ruling.

Yes.

Refer to the AppleCare agreement applicable to the country in which you purchased your Mac. Start here: Legal - AppleCare Protection Plan Terms and Conditions - Apple

Find the country in which you purchased your Mac. That would be the UAE, correct? From there, proceed to learn how to obtain warranty service in other countries. There are many restrictions and limitations.

Keep in mind what @Grant mentioned regarding the Keyboard. The Keyboard is one of the items which may have a unique layout for a specific region. Getting access to that Keyboard in another region will at best take much longer, or may be impossible to service. Unfortunately the Keyboard is integrated into the entire Top Case/Palmrest Assembly which in most Apple laptops also includes the Battery glued to the underside of the palmrest & Trackpad. So if any one of these items needs replaced, then the region becomes a very significant concern on whether Apple can easily honor a warranty repair in another region....it definitely will not be a timely repair. Apple does not generally allow anyone to replace this component with one for another region....least of all an AASP, an Apple Store may be different, but I'm betting not so much.

As always, read the fine print in Apple's terms & condition which @John Galt has provided & explained.
