Find My Device notification in middle of the night

This morning at 1:10 my phone alerted to me that "Find My" was looking for the device. This was verified with an email from Apple. Only two of us in the household and all devices were not being used because we were sleeping. I have Google searched this and am very concerned that my Apple ID could have been compromised. I tried logging into my Apple account on my husband's non-Apple device to change my password because I'm afraid that if my Apple ID had been compromised then changing the password on one of my Apple devices might not be secure. Of course, I was unable to change it on my husband's PC. I changed it on my iPhone and clicked sign out of other devices but I am VERY concerned about this. I have EVERYTHING on my iPhone from my credit cards, banks, investments, etc not to mention my socials and apple wallet.

When I went into my settings to change my password it had an alert that my ID could have been compromised and had been identified through Have I been Pwd.

Can someone put my mind at ease here . . .
