Face ID and passcode option missing on iPhone 13 Pro Max

Make sure you don't have any screen time restrictions set up on your iPhone. Go to Settings > Screen Time.

If your Apple Account is greyed out in Settings: Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Accounts or Account Changes should be set to Allow.

If you can't manage your Face ID & Passcode Settings: Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Face ID and Passcode should be set to Allow.
