We just purchased a brand new 14 Macbook Pro M4 and it has this spots under glass on bezel, we want a replacement. This seems like a factory defect because it seems to be under glass. What do you think?

If you purchased DIRECT from Apple, not through a Reseller of any description, you have 14 days from receipt (in most countries) to return it to Apple for a full-value refund/exchange.
Beyond 14 days, your only recourse is a repair.
