My 1phone 16 pro max displays liquid detected for more than 24hours. I kept it dry but still. How long it will take for the liquid message to resolve? I am pretty sure it is completely dry and I had restarted the phone several times

If the phone was in contact with liquids, it may never stop showing the notification. Liquid damage is often permanent and certainly not repairable. There is no warranty for liquid detection. If you purchased an AppleCare + plan when you bought the phone a replacement phone would be very reasonably priced.
Schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius bar, but don't be surprised if all they offer you is the opportunity to purchase a replacement phone --> Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple
