Is there any advantage of using a USB 3.0 cable on my iPhone SE 3rd generation?

I have an iPhone SE 3rd generation which I connect to my PC (or a charger) using the USB 2.0 to Lightning cable that came with the phone. Is there any advantage of switching to a USB 3 cable (with a USB 3 to lightning adapter)?

Wikipedia – Lightning (connector)

"Most Lightning devices only support USB 2.0 … Only the 12.9-inch iPad Pro (1st and 2nd generation) and 10.5-inch iPad Pro support USB 3.0 (now USB 3.2 Gen 1), which has a maximum transfer speed of 5 Gbit/s, or 625 MB/s. This requires the Lightning to USB 3 Camera Adapter, which allows the iPad to connect with cameras and storage peripherals, but not computers."

There are three Apple devices that support faster USB connections with Lightning connectors, the 12.9-inch iPad Pro 12.9” 1st gen and 2nd gen, and iPad Pro 10.5”. These three devices support USB 3.0 / 3.1 gen 1 / 3.2 gen 1x1 connection speeds, again via Lightning.

No iPhone with Lightning supports faster than USB 2.0 speeds.

Hence my “Lightning usually runs at USB-2 speeds, so no.” above.

Can some devices with USB-C connectors potentially go faster? Yes. But this reply is about devices with Lightning.

And I also don’t want to talk about USB-C charger cables and USB 2.0 speeds right now, because, well, USB. 🫣

Everything after the “dp” ”B” or “X” stock number is unnecessary, and some is best assumed to be tracking.

The reviews on that adapter don’t look all that great.

The Amazon listing of that third-party (esbeecables brand) adapter does say "USB3.0" in the title. However, the description says "The transfer speed of this USB Camera Adapter is 25MB/S-30MB/S." USB 2.0 has a maximum transfer rate of 60 MB/s before overhead, with typical transfer speeds of 30–40 MB/s when copying to and from USB 2.0 hard drives on a computer.

The other thing to note is that even if the adapter can run at USB 3.0 speeds, it would only be able to do so when plugged into a Lightning port that supported USB 3.0 speeds. Most of the time, that adapter would be forced to fall back to USB 2.0 speeds, the same way that a USB 3.0 drive falls back to USB 2.0 speeds if you plug it into a host port that only supports USB 1.* and 2.*.
