Instagram stuck in Screen Time mode with no sound or posting on my iPhone

Every time I open Instagram, it has the little hourglass symbol next to it and it’s dark, like I’ve used up the 15 minutes I’ve set for screen time but I turned off the screen time limit for Instagram.

It also opens the screen that says that I’ve used up my screen time for the day, every single time, even if I haven’t used the 15min up yet.

The most annoying part of it is that there’s no sound playing on Instagram whatsoever, and I can’t post any videos either. I’ve turned off the screen time limit, deleted the app multiple times, restarted my phone, tried to update my phone… there are no updates for Instagram either. I’m literally at my wits end.
