Can I sound an AirTag find alert from 98 miles away for a dementia patient?

My father has dementia and loses his keys all the time. He doesn't use a mobile/cell phone, and I live 98 miles away. Can I sound the find alert from my own phone from this distance, 98 miles, so that he can find his keys?

Unfortunately no.

The “initiating device” (your phone) needs to be in direct BlueTooth communications with the AirTag.
