AirPod 4 Making Chirping Sound, Unable to Stop It

Hi!

Every now and then (about a couple times per day) my AirPod 4s randomly start making a chirping sound that I'm unable to stop on command. It never did this until the first time it happened and continues to happen now. My guess is that it's an anti-tracking sound as my fiancee, whom I live with it, one day received a notification on her phone saying there's AirPods that appear to be following her.

I've tried resetting the AirPods by triple tapping the front of the case but it still continues. Any workaround or fix for this by chance?

Thanks all!

This is indeed the anti tracking feature. If you live with your fiancee, make sure that her home address is set to the address where you both reside, or engage in family sharing. This should avoid this from happening in the future
