I have an iPhone 16 promax and for somereason i dont have any label that says eSIM.
i have tried to use eSIM with QR code and tried to install it but it keep saying can’t download the it. What should i do?

The 2 most common reasons:
1). The Model of iPhone 16 that you have does not support eSIM
2). Your carrier does not support eSIM
So, let' start with 1) above to check that way. Tap Settings > General > About. Now tap directly on the actual Model Number that you see and another 5 character number will appear. Example......A3084, or A3297, etc.
Post back with the exact Axxxx number that you see
Next, where do you live? Does your carrier support eSIM?
Was the phone bought in China?
You don't have to buy in China to wind up with a phone that was supposed to be sold in China, but was shipped elsewhere.
