How to fix AirPods Pro 2 USB-C Case not detected issues?

Hello

I recently bought the Airpods pro 2 ( USB-C) from my friend And i paired them and everything works fine

After i connect them

When i check " Find My App" i i only see the airpods and the case isn't there , and the airpods themselves show errors " Airpods Setup incomplete" and "Airpods Mismatch"

Anyone had the same issue , and what could be the problem
