How to update iPhone XR without pausing

What is the download speed of your Wi-Fi connection? Needs to be at least 100 Mbps and the higher the better.

Turn off other Wi-Fi devices on the network to make sure they aren't hogging the bandwidth.

Keep the phone connected to the power adapter during the update process.

Make sure you are connected to Wi-fi and Power all through the update process and it should not pause.

Have enough free space, too.

Or as an alternative update path, update using a Mc or Windows PC.
