iMessage and FaceTime won’t activate after switching phone number

When I got my new phone I switched my main number to my new number. Ever since then i’ve tried every step to activate my imesssges and it won’t work. I tried every step but I can’t activate my imessages. I don’t know what to do because I need to use the facetime feature.

Please follow the instructions here: If you can’t turn on or sign in to iMessage or FaceTime on your iPhone - Apple Support


Some users have reported success when turning on Roaming Data, so maybe give that a try?
