Please fix the notifications on the iPhone 14 Pro Max. The screen doesn't light up when a notification arrives, only the sound and vibration. This also happens on the 16th iPhone lineup

Did you install iOS Beta versions on your devices?
If yes, in order to get the notifications working again, you will to downgrade your firmware to the latest official version.
