Go to: Settings > Notifications > (the app you’re referring to,) and then turn off “Allow Notifications” at the top of the page.
Just checking, are you subscribed to Fitness+? Does “Fitnesx” mean Fitness+? If so, should you maybe cancel your subscription, since you can’t use the app anymore?
Or maybe you can decrease the Move Goal to something manageable with your state? It’ll go down to minimum 10 Calories/day.
