Unable to clear recently used emojis on my iPhone 16 Pro

Try this:

• Open a message as if you were planning to type a message.
• Tap the + sign to the left of the text entry box.
• Tap Stickers.
• See the Sticker you want to delete and hard press on it and the option to delete it should appear and tap delete.

Try Settings > General > Keyboard > Turn off Stickers then turn it back on. This should get rid of the stickers that are in your Emoji’s recently used library.

Are you trying to get rid of the Sticker entirely or just from the Recently Used menu? Give lobsterghost1’s advice a try and that should remove it entirely if I misread your question.
