My iPhone suddenly stopped connecting to cellular and wifi this morning. Have tried everything suggested with no results. iPhone SE, current update installed 18.5, contacted provider and had 2 hour chat, no luck.

Sounds like a major hardware failure on your phone, so you need make an appointment at the Apple Store / Genius Bar or take the phone to an authorized Apple service shop to find out what it will take to get things going again.

Thank you so much. However, I just found out that vandals have been busy and all cellular services are out until around 5:00 pm today. Hoping that is my only problem.
So, you talked to the provider for 2 hours and they knew nothing, but now say it was vandals?
Not sure how fixing the cellular equipment will fix the Wi-Fi, unless you are thinking about the Hotspot option on the phone.
When you said "Wi-Fi", we thought that you were talking about Settings > Wi-Fi.
