Phone app missing in CarPlay after iPhone 13 update to 18.5

Hello brains trust, I am hoping someone can shed some light on my issue please. I have iphone 13 and been using carplay for making calls for the past four years. After updating to 18.5 the phone apfop no longer shows in carplay settings and in unavailable to add (pls see screenshots). Siri says "I am unable to find an app for that you will have to download the app when you are not driving". I turned phone on and off, forgot car and reselected, I even completely factory reset my phone and I still have the issue. Please help!
