How to resolve box folder issues on iPad Files app?

Hi all -

The native files app on my iPad isn't able to see my box.com folder for some reason. I can access the folder from other computers, and my phone, no problem. additionally the box app on the ipad works fine, and I can see and browse the folders within the box app, but not within the files app. See screenshots below -

Any ideas? This used to work fine up until a day or three ago. I've already killed and restarted the files and box apps, as well as restarted the iPad.
