All Apple Devices can not reach all websites (MSN, COX, TIKTOK) on Home WIFI

I have COX inernet with a Motorola AC1900 Cable Modem Router (All in one unit). Any Apple Device that tried to connect to the wifi can not reach all internet sites. (MSN, COX, TIKTOK, for example). but other sites work find and All Samsung and PC computers have not issues. COX support has not been able to help even when trying to use thier COX brand Modem. Also tried Netgear. Same issues. If I use a Hotspot I can get the Apple Devices to connect to all sites so it has to be something with COX WIFI.

Any one know of a solution?

Before you tried the VPN, was one already installed on your iPhone? VPN on iPhone is completely unnecessary and often causes connectivity issues. Don't just turn the VPN off, remove it completely from your iPhone, then see if you can connect to the sites you couldn't.
