Refund request for unwanted suscription renewal

Hello, good day.


I would like to request a refund for a subscription that was automatically renewed today (July 11) at 2:25 AM for the amount of $284.671,2 ARS. I canceled the subscription at 4:40 AM the same day, so it was not used after the renewal.


At the time of the charge attempt, I did not have enough funds, but now it shows that the subscription was still renewed and is set to expire today. Before adding any funds, I would like to confirm whether I will be charged again or if the charge has already been canceled. Either way, I am requesting a refund since the renewal was unintentional and was immediately canceled.


Unfortunately, I can’t afford to pay nearly 300 dollars. I’m from Argentina, and the current situation here is very difficult.
