Every time I dictate the word Colombia on my iPhone it comes up as Columbia. I wanted it to be Colombia every time. Is there a way to fix this? It's very frustrating to have to edit it as I use the word quite often. Thanks!

Open Settings > General > Keyboards > Text Replacement > + Type Colombia as the Phrase and as the shortcut, Col should work.
I guess I had nope dictation would work much the same as actually typing. Since that won't work, the only solution I can think is Spelling Mode. To enable it, you'd need to open Settings > Accessibility > Voice Control - then when you are about to dictate the word, instead of saying the word, you'd say "Spelling Mode," then spell the word one letter at a time.
Thanks, I tried your suggestion and it didn't work. As mentioned in my post, this is what happens every time I dictate the word Columbia. I need the phone to type it as "Colombia".
