When I charged my AirPod Pros and took them out of the case to use them, the right AirPod was really quiet and makes a little squeak every few seconds. I played with noise cancelling and nothing changed. I also reset and unpaired the AirPods, and nothing changed either. Before this, my AirPods were working fine.
