Very Bad Audio/Microphone AirPods 2

Hello everyone. My AirPods 2 have several issues.

1. Recently, the sound is only coming from the back of the earbuds. To hear anything in good quality, I have to wear them the wrong way around. Turning off and resetting 3D audio has no positive effect. Resetting the AirPods also doesn’t solve the problem (15sec case button). It does not work with any Apple device (iPhones, Macs). Cleaning does not help.
2. Additionally, sharp noises — such as clinking dishes — are transmitted extremely loudly during phone calls, which makes using them for calls practically impossible.
3. The AirPods can now only be charged wirelessly; charging via cable no longer works. The cable is intact (works with any other device). Cleaning the port does not help.

Does anyone know these issues with AirPods 2 or have any ideas on what else I could try?
