How do I detect malware on my iPhone?

Hello,I was wondering if I can get virus from a IPA file,I used to sideload apps from AppDb,which people said it trustworthy but I still have some concerns about IPA,files,I had removed config file from AppDB+done a factory reset and set up my phone as new.

also read some article that iPhone is highly unlikely to get virus

my question is:

from my description, do my phone may/have a virus already?

can a IPA file infected my phone?

If yes /is all my steps able to delete the possible malware

note:i never jailbroken my phone just sideload but still have some concerns

Yep,I set up my phone as new without any iCloud backups

You are now good after a Factory Reset and not restoring any iCloud backups. Sideloading is a risk for your privacy, security, and personal safety. This was forced on Apple by the EU under objections from Apple for these risks, but apparently that is not a concern for your region. You do have the choice of where you get your apps, and I would suggest to choose wisely. Here is Apple's statement on the use of side loading:

If not properly managed, alternative app distribution poses increased privacy, safety, and security risks for users and developers. This includes risks from installing software from unknown developers that are not subject to the Apple Developer Program requirements, installing software that compromises system integrity with malware or other malicious code, the distribution of pirated software, exposure to illicit, objectionable, and harmful content due to lower content and moderation standards, and increased risks of scams, fraud, and abuse.

Apple screens and tests all applications submitted to the Apple App Store. They only accept applications from registered developers.

When you side load apps from other sources, who knows what they do or from who they accept applications from or what the application will do.

If you side load viruses or malware, you are on your own. There is nothing Apple can do for you.

Good luck.
