Does iPadOS currently allow fixed 120Hz for gaming?

Hello! I’m using iPad Pro (M4) and wondering — is there currently a way to keep the refresh rate fixed at 120Hz while gaming?

Sometimes it feels like ProMotion lowers the refresh rate even when games support high frame rates.

I’ve noticed macOS now has Game Mode — would love to know if something similar might come to iPadOS or if there’s a way to achieve consistent performance manually.
