I recently got a notification on my IPhone titled ‘Lockdown’ for the Settings app (I was not in any focus modes). I know that lockdown mode can be suggested when being targeted by cyber attacks, so should I be concerned?

Presumably you received a suggestion to turn on Lockdown Mode. This is a scam.
If you’re saying you already use Lockdown Mode (which I do not believe is your situation):

Try to turn it off from setting, if you can't, check if your device have been add to MDM Configuration and contact support.apple.com

I just got a notification called lockdown, but when I checked the notification, it was about my SIM card.
And what were the exact words contained in the notification? Exactly how was this notification sent? Was there any indication of who the sender might have been?
