Red microphone icon from unknown accessibility app on iPhone

i dont have that app installed and its still popping up, wth is happening? Does anyone know? Is this a glitch?

Original Title: i keep getting a red microphone from accesibility app despite that app not being downloaded.

First go to Settings > Accessibility > VoiceOver and see if that’s on. If so, turn it off.


Then try a Forced Restart and let us know how that goes.


  • Press and quickly release the Volume Up Button
  • Press and quickly release the Volume Down Button
  • Press and hold the Side Button until you see the Apple Logo (This can take up to 30 seconds, keep holding past the Power Off slider)
