I bought iPhone before 2days I feel the battery drain so fast I follow all instruction for watching videos and apple care tell way but still drain Please to me how to be fixed.

After setting up your new iPhone, there are still background processes going on during the first couple of days, which might also use more battery life, especially when syncing data from iCloud.
Did you check which apps are using up the battery? Go to Settings/Battery and have a look at the usage graph and the list of apps.
