The alarms page is blank and bedtime is not setup. When we ask Siri, it says that no alarms are set.

We finally exorcised our ghost alarm!!! As I had mentioned, after the alarm went off there was no remnant of it on the clock alarm screen. I suggested that if she was awake just before it sounded at 06:00, check to see if it was listed on the alarm screen. And there it was! It was showing as sleep cycle alarm in the health app, which my wife doesn't remember ever using. Anyway we turned off sleep cycle alerts in Health and no more unwanted wake ups. Thank you all.

Many times when something like this happens, users will discover it is an app that is doing it. Check some of your apps for infomation about any type of alarm for the app, or other type of notification. If you have a lot of apps, it may take a little while. If you can, when the alarm goes off, try a screenshot if there is anything that appears on the screen. It will make it easier to diagnose.
Might it be a calendar, notes, or reminders alert ?
I don’t use alarms for any of these apps; but am just “thinking out loud.”
We have taken a screen shot. It's the regular black screen that says Alarm and under it says stop in the orange oval. I checked the calender and notes, but forgot reminders. I'll check that when she returns home. We went through some of the apps that might be suspect but have a few more to do. My wife said she never set up any kind of reminders or alarms in her apps, but we'll check anyway. I even asked Siri to cancel all alarms and she said no alarms were set!!
